Painting in the center of town
Yesterday I ran into Dan Bondroff, Grove artist, sitting right in the center of town, creating one of his popular pieces.
I see Dan at every art show, he's a very busy artist. He was at the Grove Arts Festival, the Madd Hatter Festival and just this past Sunday the Gifford Lane Art Stroll, just to name a few events. He won the En Plein Air contest in October.

Does he have a permit for that?
Yes, since I was not selling anything or blocking anyone's path, I believe it is the same permit that allows people to take photos or hold picket signs or talk to there friends on that corner.
