Art awards handed out today for En Plein Air contest
Awards were given out today by Commissioner Marc Sarnoff for last week's En Plein Air art contest. For artists, first place went to Dan Bondroff, second place went to Ruth Karp and third place went to Erik Speyer. In photography, there were two awards, first place went to Don Kesler and second to Juan Serrato for their black and white images.
Don will now have a one month showing of his work at the Windisch-Hunt Art Gallery, where the awards were presented.

You can see Dan working on his winning piece here. All the art may be seen daily at the Windish-Hunt Gallery at 2911 Grand Avenue. They open at 10 am and usually are open until 10 pm.
