Seersucker Social is a visit back to the 1920s

Vizcaya's popular Seersucker Social is back. Taking inspiration from the 1920s, when Vizcaya was James Deering’s private home, the museum is hosting a game night in the gardens complete with lawn bowling, yard dice, croquet and more on Wednesday, March 27 from 6 to 10 pm.

Live music “jazzes” up the atmosphere and swing dancers guide you through the steps of popular dances of the era. Guests are encouraged to dress the part and get dandy by wearing their flapper dresses, seersucker jackets and other 1920s garb—because anything worth doing is worth doing right.

Cost is $20 for adults and $15 for children 6 to 12, age 5 and under is free. Get tickets online here.

Vizcaya is at 3251 South Miami Avenue.
