Lost Spaces Look Club at Vizcaya
Each Look Club session is approximately 45 minutes and takes an in-depth look at artworks featured in Lost Spaces and Stories of Vizcaya, Vizcaya’s centennial exhibition as part of the Contemporary Art Program (CAP). By looking and talking about these projects, attendees will build knowledge, familiarity and confidence with contemporary art, learning about how contemporary works can interpret historic sites like Vizcaya in a new way. At Look Club there is no such thing as a silly question!
The second Look Club on Saturday, will focus on works located at the Casino Mound, by Brookhart Jonquil and Leyden Rodriguez-Casanova, which engage with spaces that are no longer used for their original purpose, or accessible to visitors to Vizcaya. This is a free event for Vizcaya Members.
