The location is just perfect for a pop-up store

I noticed how large the old Sephora space is recently. I passed it a couple of times going to the gym. It was the Rainbow clothing store and then the Halloween shop for awhile, but I never realized how far back the store goes. It's a great space. As is the former Guess location. Both straddle the gym.

The rents are quite high for both locations and I'm guess only a chain store could afford those, but they would make great pop-up locations for boutiques and even the antique market, which was always such a great addition to Coconut Grove.

I was at the Antique Market on Lincoln Road on Sunday. It's bigger and better than ever. It was the weekend before Christmas so everyone was out and about shopping and hanging out. I know it's too late for this holiday season for it to prosper in the Grove, but perhaps it still can as a pop-up store. It prospered at Mayfair for years, why not across the street on Grand Avenue?
