Fred Hunt
You all remember them, I'm sure, they really made the Grove a lively place. For a time, the Windisch-Hunt Art Gallery on Grand Avenue was the center of all Grove things it seemed, from all the art events and classes and fashion shows and all sorts of fun things, it really was the place to be. Fred could be seen painting in the front window almost daily. It was such a great thing to be able to watch a master painter at work right there in front of you.
My condolences.

A huge loss, a beautiful soul and a great Coconut Grove artist.
We will miss Fred. He was a great man and a great artist. It's possible that I have never met more of a gentleman than he.
Fred was a beautiful soul and a gentle spirit. He was my hero. The Grove has not been the same since he and AnnaMaria left. I well remember those gallery years, Tom...what grand memories...Fred will be missed...
What a lovely man he was. Kind to all and a fine artist. He will be missed.
I took him for several boat rides to get his circulation going, he would yell and scream with joy, like a little baby or child at dolphins, pelicans or when a splash from the bow hit his face. Jobie
