Miami Spice specials at local restaurants

Inspired by foods, flavors and culture of his hometown of Chennai, India, Executive Chef Ramesh Kaduru adds a touch of flair to this Miami Spice season, offering a three-course, authentic Indian dinner menu.

Kaduru joined The Ritz-Carlton family over 10 years ago in Naples, shortly after his arrival to the United States. Due to his expertise in Indian cuisine, he partnered with Ritz-Carlton sister properties to orchestrate culinary masterpieces for Indian weddings. Kaduru’s Miami Spice menu remains true to original flavors, preparations and ingredients yet, crafts each dish with modern touches. Menu selections include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with traditional favorites such as house made Samosas, Masala Shrimp and Chicken Tikka.
