New music camps for kids ages 3-5

Kindermusik by Gymagination inside the Miami Conservatory of Music, (2911 Grand Avenue, Suite 400a),  is hosting music-based summer camp for children ages 3-5 years.  Camp will include movement and music awareness, musical theory, intro to music notation, instrument exploration, all based on the international  Kindermusik programs. Plus, gymnastics, dance, art, and sports activities with a performances every Friday afternoon.  

Camp will be offered June 23-27, July 21-25, and August 4-8, 2014. 
Half day camp is from 9:30-1 pm for $149 per week
Full day camp is from 9:30-3 pm for $249 per week

Kindermusik by Gymagination is directed and founded by Stayc Sharrow Simpson (Ms. Stayc). Stayc is Coconut Grove resident. She is a Kindermusik educator and business owner. She believes music can heal the soul and movement is the best way to learn. Ms. Stayc comes with over 25 years of teaching experience and is nationally known for her preschool gymnastics/sports/music programs.

Her programs have been featured in numerous state, national and international events. Her educational background is in Early Childhood Education and Development. Stayc is also a three time cancer survivor and is extremely active in the Coconut Grove area raising money and awareness for different cancer charities.
