The Secret Garden at The Kampong
The Kampong is having an afternoon of art in the garden on Saturday, June 21. Renowned Venezuelan painter and visual artist Patricia van Dalen will be offering a workshop for children of all ages in conjunction with her Kampong art installation Natural Intersections, which is based on the travels made by David Fairchild in search of edible, medicinal and ornamental plants.
Enjoy The Kampong on the first day of summer; stroll down to The Point for a great view of downtown Miami across Biscayne Bay. Listen to steel pan music. Marvel at the flowering trees in bloom.
The event is from 2 to 5 pm, Free Admission.

The Kampong is located at 4013 S. Douglas Road.
