The Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce invites you to join in for the next Business Insider Breakfast Seminar, “Seduce Your Customers," on Thursday, July 17 from 8:00-9:30 am.
In her informative and entertaining presentation, business marketing pro Kerry Szymanski shares proven techniques to help you attract new customers and keep the ones you have.
This seminar looks at the correlation between time and loyalty, and how what works in romantic relationships also works in building loyalty among your customers.
You’ll learn how to attract new customers with “Love at First Sight” strategies, and how to keep your customers “engaged” and “married” to your company. You’ll also learn ways to avoid customers having an “affair” and “divorcing” your brand.
Seating is limited, so advance reservation is highly recommended. Attendance is free for all Coconut Grove Chamber members with advance registration, or $10 at the door. Non-members pay just $25 in advance, or $30 at the door. Coffee and light breakfast will be provided.
The event is at Ygrene at the Mayfair Atrium on Grand Avenue.
