Elegant Peacock Vernissage party thrills Grove
Artist Andrea Ruggeri claimed her peacock last night at the Peacock Vernissage at the Windisch-Hunt Gallery. The first peacock, named "Max" by Heather Bettner, creator of the Coconut Grove Peacock Tour, was unveiled last night to a large crowd of art lovers.
The large fiberglass birds will be painted by local artists and displayed all over the Grove this spring and summer.

Jerry Wade and Karen Deilke and Christina Chacon and Diego Uribe were among the many guests at last night's party.
