Commission for Women holding fundraiser
The Miami-Dade County Commission for Women will hold a wine tasting fundraiser on Thursday, July 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Full Bodied Wine & Spa at CocoWalk.
The event aims to help the Commission for Women, an advisory board and an advocate for women in the community, raise monies for such endeavors as the Connections Directory 2009, a guide of local women's organizations.
Cost is $20 per person and includes wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres, and a raffle ticket, which will be good for a drawing to win a Full Bodied vinotherapy spa treatment. A portion of the proceeds from the admission fee as well as wine, product and spa services purchased during the evening will be donated to the Commission for Women.
