Interesting parking concept
In it's quest to become the dining and entertainment district in the area, the Design District now offers $3.00 valet parking from 11 am to 11 pm daily for their top five restaurants.

A great idea. Reminds me that the last iteration of the Taurus (as Cefallo's) had $8 valet parking, which seemed obscene.
If viable, sharing the cost of the valet is a great concept.
Parking there is $1.50/hour so using the valet could actually be less than or equal to (including tip) parking yourself.
Do they have just one valet station?
All of Ceffalo's WAS obscene - not just the parking ! Hooray for Calamari's - they respect their customers !
fyi calamari has free valet.
i think the cheap valet is a smart idea. maybe do it in the spots on the corner of virginia/grand next to the surf shop.
or in front of jaguar, they can use the elementary school lot.
