Have you tried the waffles at the Bookstore?

Well, Sunday's are Waffle Sunday and you wouldn't think that a bookstore would have delicious waffles, but they do.

They are fluffy, hot and fresh -- made right before your eyes, as you see Veronica doing here.

They have all the topping -- syrup, butter, cinnamon, strawberries, whipped cream and you complete the freshly made waffle yourself, to your liking.

They even make the waffles to your liking -- they'll add chocolate chips if you like and other items! I had mine plain.

There are nice little round take out containers, so you can easily just take them to go. My friend Q and I got waffles last week and then went down to Havana Grove for bacon and we made our own little breakfast, adding coffee -- mine from the bookstore, her cortadito from Havana Grove.

See you at Waffle Sunday tomorrow! They are usually gone by 1 pm, so get there early.
