Anxiety is a normal state of reaction towards stress. In order to manage anxiety, you must first assess your behavior. At First, a good physical workout, even steady walking, helps to manage anxiety as exercises produce endorphins that help to calm you.
Doctors stress that a good diet is particularly important in anxiety management. Both alcohol and drugs can increase the effects of anxiety. Therefore, it is important to cut back on things like caffeine and alcohol. Sweets can also cause anxiety levels to increase.
