what is at 3400 Main Hwy?
3400 Main Highway is the Coldwell Banker office at the obscure and hidden intersection of Main Highway, Grand Avenue and McFarlane Road.
Oh that ugly building. Think I would rather go to Greenstreets.
Why do't they put some plants around there or spiff it up a little - after all they are selling the Grove.
"Why Buy Now?"
LOL. More Realt-whores with their "Now is a great time to buy! BUY! BUY! BUY!" spiel. Didn't they tell us, in 2006, just before the Miami real estate market PLUNGED, that "Now is a great time to buy". That's all they ever say. "Now is a great time to buy! This is a recording!".
Subtitle should be: "Nice is a great time for me to make a 6% commission while you buy an overpriced turkey that will lose 25% of it's value in the coming year". Shame on them!
Next time you need to purchase or sell your home, try Buy it Now or By owner websites. Then just wait till all the scams contact you with weird offers by scam artists. The only Florida Lic. Realtors that are still in the bus. now, are the true pros. The part timers are History, they are the ones who gave the rest of us a black eye.
