Great week for a guided tour of The Barnacle
Home to pioneer boat designer Ralph Middleton Munroe, The Barnacle and surrounding grounds offer visitors a rare glimpse at a bygone era. The tours are Monday through Friday at 10 am, 11:30 am,
1 pm and 2:30 pm.
This is a great place to bring your visiting friends and relatives who are in town this week for Thanksgiving. These tours are actually available year-round.
The Barnacle is at 3540 Main Highway and right across the street is Commodore Plaza, where you'll find an array of restaurants catering to any taste. It's a great way to spend a fall day -- The Barnacle and then lunch in the Grove.
Park entrance fee is only $1.00.For more info: 305-442-6866.
