I thought I was at Fairchild Tropical Gardens for a second

postofficea
The post office was once the dump of the Grove, now it just may end up being the nicest place.

The parking lot project is almost done, they are planting trees and shrubs today and soon the blacktop will go down. The black fence around the property is really nice. It's a quality fence that adds a lot to the property.

More parking is available on the street now since all the barricades have been removed. Parking is free on the street for up to 30 minutes until the project is done.

FINALLY FINALLY AND (AGAIN) FINALLY! Hey grape, any photos of the INSIDE of the post office? It will be hilarious if the outside looks worse than the outside! The lighting in there always made me wonder if it was a haunted house...(among other things) hee hee

This place looks great. Let's hope they keep it open for us to park there at night. On street parking is very much needed even tho the parking study said we had enough parking in the Grove. Now if they can get it painted in some tropical colors so that it blends in with its surroundings it will be a big improvement.
