Car dealership is there illegally
This new car business has set up shop at 2500 South Dixie Highway, only it is not zoned for commercial uses such as car sales, it's zoned for office space.Phantom Property LLC owns Elite Luxury Services is leasing cars, but the city inspectors are on the case. We'll keep you updated, so if you plan on leasing a car from them, I would say do it now. They may not be there tomorrow.
Of course code enforcement missed this huge thing, they were too busy harassing Grove artists to notice this huge car leasing thing going on right on US1. A resident brought it to their attention and now they (Code Enforcement) are on the case.
Maybe it is time to take back the Grove.
