Trying to get the right shot
You can see me in the window, trying to get a photo.
But the it was too dark, and someone on a bike ruined the shot.
And then AnnaMaria pointed me out, so that ruined the shot.
Finally, AnnaMaria got this nice shot of Daniel with Christi and Grant. But Grant has one eye closed, so I think the top shot was the best, except for Daniel and me inside the window.

Of course the top shop was the best it was also the first, it is instinct. A little background, I worked for United Press International as a press photographer and it was always a challenge to go get the photo at a moments notice. In those days we also had to choose the right shot off the negatives to make the deadlines for the wire services. Can we start discussing the merits of digital? How about a Grove photo show for the Windisch-Hunt Fine Art Gallery. Anyone interested?
