Chili's to open July 21
Chili's will be opening at CocoWalk on Monday, July 21. Located right above Cheesecake Factory, our Grove Chili's is 6400 square feet with 300-seat dining and 11 flat-screen tv's. There is also an outdoor Margarita Bar with incredible views of the Grove below.
“Being from Miami, I have spent most of my life frequenting CocoWalk and Coconut Grove, so for me, it is very exciting to be a part of this eclectic and vibrant community,” says William Alberni, director of operations for Master Restaurant Developers, which owns the Chili’s in CocoWalk. “We have created a Chili’s that promises to be one of the most exciting Chili’s in the market."
“We are really looking forward to the opening of Chili’s,” says Mia Stierheim of Stierheim & Wesson Retail Realty, Inc., exclusive leasing agent of CocoWalk. “The restaurant’s synergy of indoor dining and the outdoor Margarita Bar are a superb addition to CocoWalk’s third floor. I think people are going to be particularly impressed by the spectacular views.”
Chili's has already signed on to be the venue for two live CBS Sports Zone telecasts hosted by Jim Berry and Kim Bokamper on October 11 and November 15.
With Starbuck's opening on July 12 and other new businesses planned like Crazy Pianos and the first class movie theater and Lucky Strike Lanes, CocoWalk is starting to become the happening place again.

Chilis opening is great for Cocowalk but is it great for places like Moe's and Sandbar that serve similar types of food? Hopefully everyone gets to eat a piece of the pie.
