Start walking!

Tomorrow, April 16, is National Start Walking Day. The American Heart Association has put out a challenge. Join the nationwide effort to walk a million miles. You can log your miles at www.heart.org/start and get lots of tips and information.

Here in the Grove we are blessed with plenty of parks, lots of waterfront and beautiful tree-lined streets to enjoy, which should encourage anyone to start walking.

There is a Tropical Coconut Grove Walking Group, we mentioned them before. They meet periodically. You can get more info on them here.
