The signs add a lot of class

Trini Hair Salon and Women's Fitness on the corner of Commodore Plaza and Grand Avenue, had their new signs painted this past weekend. Looks good. Not sure why they stopped at the Anokha Indian Restaurant next door, but hopefully they will paint that sign, too. The lettering really completes the building.

The last thing the Grove needs is another hair or nail salon. Enough is enough. That is the worst location for a beauty salon. It is the perfect location for a good restaurant with out door seating.

And yet it sat there for months and you did nothing. Your point is?

Anokha is moving soon, I suppose that's why the sign was not extended

A restaurant with a view. I would love to sit out there and look at the post office parking lot. Lovely.

ANOKHA used to be so good ears ago, I think now they serve dogs and cats, and same reheated left overs, any kind of road kill.

Yeah, nothing beats looking out at the serene post office parking lot and vibrant Grand Avenue while cars roll by blasting rap music.

The Indian restaurant tried to expand into that space but I guess they could not reach terms; there was a gift shop going in there for awhile but that never materialized - maybe the problem is the owner of the property. By the way if you are not happy with the food there let the owner know -he cares.

If you have complaints about the restaurant, talk to the lady who is the chef, she is really running the business, the guy is just standing around being nasty to everyone, including his own restaurant's diners.
