No more stinkin' concrete towering over the Grove

I love Glenn Terry's column in today's Neighbors. He talks about the Rua (27th Ave.) project and how it needs to be stopped. He also talks about all the pay-offs that seem to be what drive the approvals of these overbuilt monstrosities.

He puts it best when he says, "We don't need more stinkin' concrete towering over the Grove."

It's a shame that everything is based on money and not quality of life.
Here's the column.

I am still disgusted and disappointed three Commissioners (Sanchez, Gonzalez and often-investigated Spence-Jones) voted against the local Commissioner Marc Sarnoff and always pro-people Tomas Regalado. What motivated three non-District commissioners to vote to hurt a residential neighborhood?

What is the story with all the money paid by Related to "godmothers" of Spence-Jones immediately prior to her vote?
