The fun Grove
It's a shame that CocoWalk and Mayfair can't be like Commodore Plaza and have mostly local or one-of-a-kind businesses. Ever notice the really fun area of the Grove is the south end? CocoWalk and Mayfair are blah, they can't even get a farmer's market going, yet Commodore Plaza (the main shopping area when I was a kid), is fun. So is Main Highway all the way down to Cefalo's and Marcanio's.
The corporations took over the north end (Starbucks, Johnny Rockets, The Gap, Cheesecake Factory), but the best part is the south end.
