Just a reminder that Code Enforcement can be reached at: mdemola@ci.miami.fl.us and mcastellanos@ci.miami.fl.us . Also by dialing 311. So if you see something like The Pod or anything else, feel free. The Pod was removed because of complaints to Code Violation. It does work.

Mariano De Mola does not even know the City Code. Who made him a Dept Head?
It would be neighborly to contact any offending party and request that they correct whatever violation they may be commiting before getting them fined.
Agreed. Nice to try and work things out amicably. Some are new in our community and are just not up to speed on the rules and regulations. As my wife regularly reminds me, often times it is more important how you deliver the message than what you have to say.
