Here are a few items available at the Mayfair Farmer's Market, which is still going on every Saturday from 9 to 5 at 2911 Grand Ave. They have fruits and veggies at reasonable prices. Check them out today.

I have not made it to the farmers market yet, but I do head out to the Grove in the evenings.
I have noticed that the Grove streets are dirty with promotional flyers littering the streets. The bums are always harassing the tourists for money. Some areas of the Grove are blighted and at night unlit and scary.
However, the restaurant and market where the old Taurus use to be is very nice.
I will check out this one. It seems if anyone was going to offer a quintessential farmers’ market, it would be the Grove. Since moving here I have been to Miami Beach’s market on Espanola Way and North Beach’s Normandy Village Marketplace. Maybe I’ll do a weekend tour of all the South Florida markets.
