Disturbing real estate trends
Is this a common practice? Is this what new arrivals to Miami and the Grove are subjected to in this crazy real estate market? I hate massive development and now I hate these greedy realtors even more.
Any comments?

This seems to happen in all cities with the rental market. They look at you and decide how much you can afford. Also, they show you units with the worst locations if you look gullilble, I guess.
Is this another way of saying most realtors are dirtbags?
Tell me something I don't know.
When real estate in South Florida crashes again like it did in 1991, it's the realtors and the speculators who should be strung up by the b@lls.
I cant wait for the downtown Miami project to crash and burn. Who wants to pay $300K to live in that craphole of an area. What do you do at night? Hang out and drink canned beer out of a paper bag with the rest of the bums, or walk a mile or so to a "decent" restaurant and hope you dont get mugged or shot along the way? On the flip side, if you ever need a suitcase for $5 or electronics equipment that came out 5-10 years ago, you have about 10 different options per square city block...
Realtors stink. Throw rocks at them.
