Putting CitiBikes where they are needed
A friend who works for SapientNitro told me that he takes the Metrorail to the Grove each day, from the Metrorail he takes a bus, which sometimes takes forever. He suggested adding a rack of CitiBikes at the Metrorail so that he and others can ride into the Center Village and leave the bikes at the racks which will be here, then at the end of the day, they can ride bikes back to Metrorail to get home. CitiBikes are making their way to Coconut Grove.
The racks are supposed to be near the Playhouse and on or near Fuller Street, I think a great place would be near SapientNitro, since many of the workers there would use them and maybe on that big sidewalk near the 24 Hour Fitness gym, in the center of town in plain site.
Absolutely. And the freaking buses from 37th av are an outlandish MESS too, until you get to our little, scarce Grove circulating things.

ReplyDeleteThats an idea for tourist but if he works and lives in miami why not buy a folding bike much cheaper in the long run
