'Beyond Light & Earth' featured at gallery
Artists Matt Stock and James Herring will be featured at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery on Saturday, December 7.
Both local artists, Matt a photographer, and James, a ceramist/potter, will be part of the "Beyond Light & Earth" exhibition opening reception from 6 to 9 pm.
Matt's area of expertise is creating hyper-realistic nighttime photographs in the most inhospitable and remote locations imaginable with a technique referred to s painting with light.
James creates functional sculpture using principals of beauty, community, use, intuition and truth to materials which guide his practice.
The gallery is located at the Mayfair Atrium.
