Try the new Salt & Straw ice cream on Saturday

Salt & Straw, the new ice cream place opening at CocoWalk, we wrote about it here, is having an Ice Cream Social here in the Grove on Saturday, October 12 from 1 to 4 pm.

Experience the delicious flavors of this west coast favorite and get to know co-founders Kim and Tyler Malek.

Enjoy scoops for $1 each, with all proceeds benefiting Coconut Grove Elementary.

They'll be near Tigertail + Mary at 3321 Mary Street on Saturday, and if you can't wait, on Friday, October 11, they'll be in Wynwood from 7 to 11 pm at Panther Coffee, 2390 NW 2nd Avenue.
