NCD issue deferred
The City Commission has deferred the NCD issue at today's November 25 meeting. It will not be heard today.
According to District Commissioner Ken Russell, "Public comment on the substance of the NCD changes will not be heard today either. I have offered a sunshine meeting with my fellow commissioners on this item where we can meet freely with the public without taking legislative action prior to the next vote."
