We are losing a couple of long-time stores

Two long-time stores are closing - Condom-USA and Dolce Vita Gelato - a sign of the times. Rents have gone up and make it impossible for these businesses to survive here in the Grove. I know that a Greek restaurant plans to take the Dolce Vita location. We have had two Greek restaurants in recent years that did not survive, so hoping the new place makes it.

Jane from Condom-USA sent me this little note:

Hi Tom, I wanted to let you and the readers of the Grapevine know that Condom-USA is closing our store next week, just wanted to say Thank You to Coconut Grove for 27 great years and that we will miss the Grove and it's awesome residents.
