Attorney - turned stay-at-home mom - turned writer, Eugenia is a first generation Chinese-American. Her son, Brandon, is the inspiration for her stories. She couldn’t find children’s books which touched upon her Chinese culture. Wanting to teach and reinforce Chinese vocabulary to Brandon, she wrote her own and she will be sharing her story, Brandon makes Jiǎo Zi (餃子).

She is the founder of Ketogenic Girl - which provides effective ketogenic meal plans and coaching for weight loss and healing - Vanessa believes the power of food is not only to satisfy and delight us but also to heal us. She has coached 2,300+ people on the therapeutic approach to keto and her very own Ketogenic Girl challenge program.
