Building code workshop takes place Saturday
The second of two Planning and Zoning workshops takes place Saturday, October 28.
This public workshop was designed to help the city collect information that will shape modifications to existing regulations in the code and helping to make changes to the NCDs (Neighborhood Conservation Districts).
This involves changes to stop the proliferation of big white box houses, lot splitting, tree destruction, and more.
The meeting is from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Armbrister Park, 4000 Grand Avenue.
