City is sponsoring art contest
The City of Miami Arts and Entertainment Council is sponsoring its sixth annual juried art contest.
The deadline to enter is August 9, 2017.
Contest Guidelines:
- Subject: The inspiration for the painting must be a location within the boundaries of the City of Miami
- Medium: Solely painting. Other mediums such as drawing, collage, etc. will not be considered.
- Size: The smallest side should be not less than 20 inches and the largest side should be no more than 48 inches.

Exhibition: The finalists & winners will be exhibited at the Little Haiti Cultural Center from September 2nd to September 9th, 2017. Cocktail Reception and Awards Ceremony: Saturday, September 2nd, 2017, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Little Haiti Cultural Center.
