Celebrating The Barnacle's 125th birthday
The Barnacle celebrated it's 125th birthday Sunday with a free party for the public. There was cake and hot dogs and burgers and live music. Above, Barnacle Society Board President Alyn Pruett addresses the crowd, dressed as Commodore Ralph Munroe, original Barnacle owner and Park Ranger, Katrina Boler, who told a beautiful story of the history of the Commodore and how The Barnacle came to be.
Here's one of the two birthday cakes. A little smashed, but delicious.
People lined up for cake, served by Alyn and Katrina.
