Does look like the original Coconut Grove Art Fest when it had charm, before the greedy management took over the public streets, caused traffic jams, gated the event to exclude many West Grove residence and gouged the public with overpriced food and beverages. Bring back the Old Coconut Grove Art Fair and let the one we have now move to Wynwood or Hiealeah.
I think the man pushing the stroller is Coconut Grove Architect Hernando Acosta. He worked with my father, Rufus Nims. This would have been from the 60's.

Interesting photo. Where exactly is that? Where on Main Highway is that curve on the road?
Looking south on Main Highway- Camera is on the corner where Green Streets is today- the dark building facade you see in the upper right corner of the photograph is the Playhouse.
