CocoWalk celebrates Mother's Day
CocoWalk celebrates Mothers on Sunday, May 8, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. They will offer Mothers the opportunity to win special prize packages from CocoWalk merchants and local Coconut Grove Establishments.
Mothers can relax and appreciate a day dedicated to their hard work and love. The day will kick off with live jazz music by Jimmy Paradez at noon. Families can experience his melodic ambiance at Bice Bistro’s outdoor patio seating with a delicious Mother’s Day Brunch. At 2:30 pm the Coconut Grove Ballet will give a special Mother’s Day performance in the front of the CocoWalk property.
In honor of Lupus Awareness Month, Rays of Fortitude will be distributing information to families in attendance and handing out refreshing beverages. The CocoWalk booth will be
hosting a raffle from 3:00 to 5:00 pm where mothers will have the opportunity to take home gifts and win gift packages from CocoWalk merchants and local Coconut Grove establishments.
For art enthusiasts, visitors can see the work of talented students from Bridgeprep Academy of Arts and Minds in the pop-up art exhibit in space 121. CocoWalk merchants will be offering delightful Mother’s Day specials such as $10.00 “Momosas” at Cinepolis luxury theater on the third floor.
The day will end with a hint of Latin Fusion provided by Havana Sound from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. CocoWalk will praise Mothers all month long with Mother May specials, for more information on merchant participation please visit, www.cocowalk.com.
