I'm still waiting for a response from the city of Miami on the complaint I submitted in regards to the disrespectful and rude behavior of one the Trolley drivers a few weeks ago. Maybe the meeting will be a perfect time to bring it up. Riders beware, if the driver is an older, bald, heavy set black man with glasses, I don't think he is all there in the head, you may want to wait for the next trolley.
I think it would be wonderful if the trolley also served the
Southwest side. I always see many women waiting for rides and/or a commuter bus. When I am over on the west side
I have now seen the bus twice now TOTALLY empty.
This is your opportunity to voice those concerns.

Glad we are FINALLY getting it.
