He didn't have a clue
I was in a parking lot in Coral Gables and as I was waiting to pay, a guy drives in, in a Drivers Instructor School car. It's got signs painted all over it that say "Driving School." As he drives in, he drives over an orange cone that's guiding the cars. The old man who works at the garage was very small and mild mannered and he found it funny, just like I did. He said to the guy, "You're a driving instructor and you drove over the cone?" And the instructor says to him, "And you're a parking attendant!"
I guess the guy felt it was insulting to call him a driving instructor, which he was, but the point was that he was not a good driving instructor. He didn't understand that part. He did see the cone after the old man brought it to his attention because he backed up and then drove around the cone.
So the old man says again, "I am just laughing because you drove over the cone and you are a driving instructor." And again, the driving instructor yells out to him, "And you are a parking attendant!" He just didn't get it. I guess to him it's normal to drive over and into things, maybe that's what he deals with every day.

As you drive around, have you any doubt that this guy isn't the best driving school instructor in South Florida?
There are tons of rude obnoxious drivers in this part of the world, however, as I pay more attention to this reality I noticed there are many more drivers who are conscientious, thoughtful, courteous and just very nice overall and they make up for the bums! Jobie Steppe

Bobbie, Bobbie, Bobbie, your incredulousness is revealing! 99.99% of drivers go unnoticed, i.e., there are no examples of thoughtfulness or rudeness. If you Google "Rude Drivers S. Florida" you could scroll forever. If you Google "Courteous Drivers S. Florida" you get nothing. What's your point to comment "Really Jobie? I mean really? Are you one of those characters who enjoys who takes a positive and turn it into a negative. I wager you also disapprove of Donald Trump!?
