A ruthless developer's dream
I'm not sure why it's a thing, but so many people sent me the Gizmodo story on new high rises going up around the country. The Grove at Grand Bay is featured for it's new style architecture, they are the stack of napkins buildings.
The thing that stood out to me was the line: "It looks incredible architecturally, but it’s also a ruthless developer’s dream." Love that line. The Grove is full of ruthless developers these days. Gizmodo ain't stupid.
