The place lost all it's classic-Grove charm. The traditional looks and unique atmosphere are gone, while the bathrooms probably still stink.
There are thousands of "sports bars" just like that now: Welcome to the Machine.
Bar Rescue is all a bunch of TV BS. Sorry, but the guy who runs the show is abusive.
Bring back Hungry Sailor munnnnnn
The demise of sandbar started with the termination of ladies pudding wrestling circa 2004.
Quit Sandbar a few years ago, too dirty and bad service. Went back the week after Bar Rescue, bathroom was still disgusting, service was slow, and food was well below average. And I truly hoped it would change. Done. And the one owner Albert came off like a complete tool on the show tonight. Just being honest here.
They still have the same ignorant and lazy servers there.
There's a rumor that a porn was filmed at Sandbar years ago. I never understood what was the big deal about the place. I've always liked Mr. Moes much better.
