Parkhaus1 is the Grove's own Porsche boutique

If you wander down SW 28th lane, on the other side of the highway, you never know what you'll find. I usually start out at Shell Lumber and end up down at The Daily Bread. In between there are all sorts of great finds.

A new neighbor to the block is Parkhaus1, a Porsche showroom owned by Alvaro Rodrigues, who calls it a "Porschephiles 14,000 square foot paradise.

Parkhaus1 is located at 2644 SW 28 Lane, right across the street from Shell Lumber.

They are professionals in servicing, restoring and selling the most pristine assortment of Porsches, this side of Stuttgart.
If your dream car is a classic 356-C or a late model Carrera, you will find it here. No need to baby the one you already have for fear there is no maintenance available nearby. Theo Papadopoulos and Eric Lopez help make up the PARKHAUS1 team of former professional race car drivers and IMSA chief mechanics, to provide superior advice and service.

The first Saturday of each month is “Cars and Coffee” from 8 am to noon. Be sure to tell them you heard about PARKHAUS1 through the Grapevine.
