Annual Fan Fest & UM Alumni Game this weekend

The University of Miami baseball program will host its annual Fan Fest & Alumni Game on Saturday, February 7, at Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field.

Festivities are set to begin at 4 pm, admission is free. The team autograph session - one of the only opportunities to get a 2015 team poster - is set for 4-5 pm. Fan Fest will also feature inflatables for children, face painting, balloons, a Select-A-Seat event and more. The concession stands, including the famous Mark Light Shake stand, will be open, while representatives from the bookstore will be on hand selling the newest baseball apparel.

Alumni will be taking batting practice on the field from 4:15 to 5 pm, with introductions set for 5:30 pm. The alumni will take on the 2015 Miami Hurricanes beginning at 6 pm.

Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field was recently rated the second-best game experience in all of college baseball, and No. 27 overall in reviews compiled by Stadium Journey. Mark Light Field has been named one of the Top 100 Stadium Experiences by Stadium Journey.
