New Fall Training camp at Pilates in the Grove

Pilates in the Grove has a new fall program geared to help reboot your system, activate your body’s natural healing superpowers and help you shed some of those “party pounds” that may have accumulated over summer vacations and backyard barbecues. they are up with Certified Nutrition Counselor and Health Coach Monica Spoelstra Metz to launch the Fall Training Camp, 28 days of nutrition coaching, recipes, and Pilates workouts.

The carefully designed program will help you get off the diet rollercoaster and reach a healthy weight through improved nutrition, fitness, stress management, mindfulness — and the enjoyment of simply prepared and delicious “real” food. Fall Training Camp isn’t a crash diet, it’s a hunger-free zone, and it’s not your typical detox or cleanse.

Similar to a detox, the program was created to deliver results through the reduction and elimination of toxic foods and lifestyle habits through a gradual transition over four weeks. You’ll also complete the program equipped with meal plans, tips and strategies for helping you maintain a healthier weight and lifestyle throughout the weeks, months and years ahead.

The program takes place Monday, September 29 through Monday, October 27, 2014.

At the end of the 28 days, you’ll receive a handy eBook (PDF) of the entire program, which will include all of the meal plans, recipes, daily emails, fitness recommendations, as well as a post-program guide supporting your transition back to the real world.

There are different ways to participate, each plan includes the program eBook, which will be yours to keep long after the program has concluded. There's a digital program for $89.00 and an in-person program for $199.00

Registration is open from now through Saturday, September 27, 2014.
