Be on the Look Out

From Police Commander Manuel Morales:

On Wednesday, September 17 at approximately 3 pm, Grove Officers arrived at the 1700 block of Tigertail Avenue in reference to an attempt burglary. Officers discovered that the offenders were confronted by the home owner and fled. Units conducted a search of the adjacent areas, but were unable to locate the offenders.

At 6 pm, Officers responded to the 2200 block of Overbrook in reference to a burglary. The on scene investigation revealed the same offenders had committed both burglaries.

The offenders pictured here were seen in a newer model 4 door black Infinity (poss G35) with dark tints.

Offender 1 (driver): Black male mid 20s, 6'0-180 lbs, well dressed with a plaid long sleeve shirt, khaki cargo pants and a Yankees baseball cap. Carrying a Gucci shopping bag.

Offender 2 (made entry): Latin male mid 20s, 5'9-140, wearing long sleeve dri-fit shirt, gray basketball shorts with compression tights under, black and fluorescent green Nike shoes, he was wearing a Burgundy hat and white gloves.
The black male approached the front door and knocked to verify if residents were home.
The vehicle departed and the second offender gained access to rear of residence and broke.
