During his four and a half years, he held several positions within the Rooms Division, each position providing a new challenge, growth and leadership. He began his career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2006, as a Front Office Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Battery Park. Soon thereafter, his leadership roles extended to the Assistant Rooms Executive and Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner.
After his role at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, welcomed William as the Room Executive in December 2012, with a strong focus and role in the 450 room resort’s guest engagement and service. “Outstanding” is one of his favorite words and answer to many questions, as his personal philosophy lends “there is no reason not to be outstanding and provide outstanding service.”
William earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management at Penn State University. As an appointed board member of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, he continues to serve as a mentor for students in the hospitality program and recruiter for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
