Jimmy John's opens on Main Highway

Jimmy John's the sub shop has been open at 3423 Main Highway for about a month now. It's sandwiched (get it) between Mr. Frog's and Siam Oishi. Many of you may be familiar with the chain, it's a fast sub place, very fast. There's a large staff and you really don't have to wait long. The food is fresh and the prices are great.
There is seating inside and outside. An 8 inch sub is only $5.59, a giant sub is $6.59. These include tuna, turkey veggies and other things like the Vito, which is an Italian sub with Genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato and an Italian vinaigrette (hot pepper by request). Slims are any sub minus the veggies and sauce (I think I would want the reverse, the sub without the meat), but anyway, Slims are only $4.59 each. They also have Low Carb Lettuce Wraps, where the lettuce is used instead of the bread.

Other themed subs include the Gourmet Veggie Club, Ultimate Porker, Country Club, Hunter's Club, etc. They deliver, too. They have a large bike fleet, which is quite busy on weekdays, but they're fast. Call them at 786-517-4715, they're open 7 days a week. This is the Tuna Sub with lettuce, tomato and lots of different peppers.

Stopped in at new Jimmy Johns, didn't want big bread, so they suggested this lettuce wrap, not my thing, but I had it with Tuna, and it was quite refreshing, and satisfied me for the day.

Another great addition to the Grove. Subway on Grand needs some competition. That place is a dump. It's a shame cuz I suspect it's really the landlord's fault, but regardless...that little shopping center is a toilet bowl.
