Coral Gables Restaurant Week starts Monday

Coral Gables Restaurant Week starts June 9 and runs through June 29, it's actually almost a month long. This is the seventh annual event which introduces new restaurants and events.

For three weeks, restaurants will offer special three-course lunch and dinner menus, sort of like Miami Spice does yearly.

Dozens of restaurants are participating and special events are taking place at six of them, from the Art of Gnocchi at Cibo Wine Bar to Sake in the City at Red Koi.

Pricing varies from restaurant to restaurant, for instance, AnaCapri offers a $23 lunch including your choice from the special menu for appetizer, main course and dessert. Dinner is $36.

Fleming's Steakhouse offers a three course dinner for $39.95 and an additional $15.95 for three paired wines.
